Because our patterns are instant digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, we will issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The PDF file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot fix it within 5 business days.
- You were double-charged for the same order.
- Mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires it.
